3. Key Points About Your Consent
Consent Is Not Required to Purchase
Your consent to receive automated calls, texts, and messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can still request quotes or seek information about solar without providing this consent by contacting us directly at (800) 555-0199 or info@mysolarmatch.com.
Do Not Call (DNC) List
By providing consent, you authorize contact even if your phone number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or any state Do Not Call list. This is because your consent serves as an override of DNC protections for the specific companies you've authorized.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any text messages you receive. My Solar Match and our Partners are not responsible for these charges.
Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple calls, texts, or emails from My Solar Match and each of the up to four (4) Partners we match you with.
4. How to Opt Out / Revoke Consent
You may revoke your consent and stop receiving communications at any time through the following methods:
To Stop Text Messages
Reply "STOP", "END", "QUIT", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "CANCEL" to any text message. Reply "HELP" for assistance.
To Stop Phone Calls
Tell the caller you do not wish to receive further calls. You may also contact us at (800) 555-0199 to request removal.
To Stop Emails
Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, or email info@mysolarmatch.com.
To Stop All Communications from My Solar Match
Email us at info@mysolarmatch.com or call (800) 555-0199 and request to be placed on our internal Do Not Contact list.
To Stop Communications from a Specific Partner
Contact that Partner directly. Once we transfer your information to a Partner, we cannot control their communications on your behalf. However, Partners are required by federal law to honor your opt-out request.
Processing Time
Opt-out requests are processed promptly, typically within 10 business days. You may receive communications that were already scheduled or sent before your opt-out was processed.
5. Record of Your Consent
When you submit a form on our Site, we record the following to document your consent:
- Date and time of submission
- IP address
- The specific language displayed to you at the time of consent
- The information you provided
- Confirmation that the consent checkbox was affirmatively checked

- You are the current subscriber or customary user of the number
