Stop My Information from Being Shared
My Solar Match shares your information with up to four (4) solar installation partners when you submit a quote request. If you no longer want your information shared and wish to opt out of future contact, you can submit a request using any of the methods below.
How to Submit Your Request
Option 1: Email
Send an email to info@mysolarmatch.com with the subject line "DO NOT SELL/SHARE" and include:
- Your full name
- Email address used on our Site
- Phone number used on our Site
- ZIP code
Option 2: Phone
Call us at (800) 555-0199 during business hours and request to be placed on our Internal Do Not Contact list.
Option 3: Mail
Send a written request to:

What Happens Next
- We will verify your identity by matching the details you provide with our records
- Your information will be placed on our Internal Do Not Contact list
- We will stop sharing your information with new solar installers
- We will process your request within 15 business days (CCPA) or as required by your state's law
- You may still receive communications from solar installers we already matched you with prior to your request — contact those companies directly to stop their outreach
Additional Rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
- Access a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information (subject to legal exceptions)
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly.
